The Cornish Global Migration Programme is based in Murdoch House, Cross Street, Redruth, which is where William Murdoch lived and where he invented the use of gas lighting for use in our homes in 1792. .
Following the sale of this historic house, the premises have been under the control of the Trustees and Management Committee of Redruth 2000, a Registered Charity (No. 1014072).
The Cornish Global Migration Programme is one of its initiatives. The CGMP offices are generally open in the mornings of each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You are very welcome to visit. If you are coming any distance please contact us and we can ensure that a volunteer is available at a time convenient for you.
