How you can help

The aim of the Cornish Global Migration Programme is to compile a comprehensive picture of the Cornish global migration worldwide.  To achieve this, your help is needed by filling in one of the questionnaires with as much detail as is possible. Please feel free to fill this in on-screen and attach it to an email or send a paper copy to our postal address. For email attachments, please rename the Word document by adding your name e.g. questionnaire2009JohnSmith.doc or questionnaire2009SusanBrown.doc.

Sending us a completed questionnaire will be helping to make sense of one of the most complex and important chapters in Cornish history.  Copies of letters, diaries, newspaper cuttings, photographs of migrants, MIs or places abroad are warmly welcomed.  The project depends entirely on any information that is given, however sketchy it is. The Cornish Global Migration Programme welcomes any contributions to make this a living memory.

The Cornish Global Migration Programme is run by a dedicated group of volunteers who ensure that the information given is readily available.

From the information received, the Cornish Global Migration Programme is able to link families around the world with common ancestors.  The programme is supported by Cornish associations worldwide and at home, as well as many institutions in Cornwall.

The Cornish Global Migration Programme is funded solely by and dependent on public donation.  All cheques to be made out to Cornish Global Migration Programme and sent to our contact address.

The Cornish Global Migration Programme is very grateful to its sponsors:
